If you do not make plans in the form of your Will or Trust, Financial Power of Attorney or Health Care Documents while you are able, your loved ones may be forced to go into the court system to take care of you, manage your income and pay your bills if and when you become ill and unable.  Worse, upon your death,….loved ones may need to go into the court system to manage your estate.  It’s easy to put off dealing with these documents, often for years.  Just DO IT!
